q about exhaust

custom cat-back whats better 2.25 or 2.5 dont want to loose ANYTHING at low end
what is the deal with diameter of round mufflers 4'', 5'',6'' sound/tone? air flow?

with a dual 2.5 you shouldnt lose any low end...

and with an oval straight-through muffler you'll get good flow and good sound; both the v8 and the i6 sound incredible when opened up

went with the 2.5'' piping myself and straight through mufflers, they are just out the door.

you'll be happy with the results.

I went with dual 2.5's after the cat. Straight through mufflers. Sounds awesome- almost exotic, and at idle it has a nice low rumble. I have an sc3
