going na-t with this set up.
here are the parts i'm getting to acquire 330rwhp....at least with 6-7psi:
- dave h. manifold
- shorty downpipe
- 38mm tial wastegate
- wastegate pipe
- walbro fuel pump
- oil feed/return lines
- intercooler and piping
- to4e turbo
am i missing something else here? if so, pls let meknow. i will stay with stock compression
w/o any changes on ignition timing. i will also use my stock 330cc injectors. wud i need a fuel
regulator with this set up?
i understood that if i decide to boost more than 6-7psi, i would need to change head gasket and
retard timing a few degress, change injectors to 440cc and get SAFC unit.
thank for any advices you might share..

That should be enough to get your car running, but not safely. I would recommend adding an EGT and at least an S-AFC to your list. Thats a better choice over a boost dependant regulator IMO.

While not strictly neccessary at 6-7 psi, a Blow Off Valve (BOV) will prevent some wear and tear on your turbo.
Also, 330hp on stock fuel injectors is kind of at their limit. If it were me, I'd want a decent wide band O2 sensor setup to keep an eye on the air/fuel ratio. This would tie in with most engine management systems (Greddy E-Manage all the way up to AEM EMS). After that, I'd think about an EGT (Exhaust gas temprature) meter.
Looks like you're off to a great start! Take lots of pictures and keep us informed of your progress.
PS - It sounds like you're just getting started with turbos. I HIGHLY recommend getting Corky Bell's book "Maximun Boost". It's like a bible for turbocharging.

tks, man...
but you think i'm safe frnow w/o safc at all even though im only limited to
6-7psi of boost? also, i will definitely get the wideband 02 just to keep a/f/r
checked all the time. also, i might just stick with my stock injectors fr now as well but
will upgrade to walbro fuel pump to keep the fuel rail full all the time.
if i start running lean for some reason, then i will get the rest of the stuff in the long run.
i'm kind of a tight budget rt now.

No, you need a S-AFC or FMU. I was very lean with the S-AFC set to 0. I also have a walbro 255. This was at 8psi - stock injectors - stock MAF
Check ebay and partstrader for used S-AFC's, I've seen a lot go for 150-180 since the new ones came out.

i will keep my stock injectors fr now. for the walbro fuel pump, is it internal or external?
i will also keep my stock maf....will upgrade later.

is that a good deal? also, wht's the diff between TO4B AND TO4E and how much more
hp i can get with TO4E?
