well... there's actuallly plenty you can do without any FI:
you can fully build up a NA motor:
-cams
-headwork
-pistons (raise compression)
-valve train to raise redline
and then there's weight reduction (getting rid of things that you don't need) and weight-friendly counter parts (carbon fiber doors, hood) and lightweight rims.....
weight is your biggest enemy... many people tend to overlook this route when it comes to making their cars faster
then again we're talkin lexus here... most of us got these cars because of all the extra stuff it has that we don't "really need"
