has anyone heard of kelford cams? and how good are they?

yup, good for nothin' IMO, same with Carbontech, which also advertised such parts on their site.

Webcams can do the welding,and re-grinding, but it'll cost you $1,800 to have done.
Not exactly your $39.95 Chevy re-grind kind-of thing.
