PHR offers a tubular and cast setup for the GE engines.

boostlogic.com
sound-performance.com

they both sell kits, but im pretty shure they would sell you just the manifold- no idea how much though.

SP has a good manifold several guys running that one on here...

log isnt so bad; especially the ones you listed above, they have larger runners than your prelude setup will

what kind of power are you wanting to make realistically; if its not over 500rwhp there's not much point in getting a tubular

my decision for tubular isnt max power. equal lenth runners give better spoolage too.

IMO the sp manifold is the best out there, by the way boosted h23 it's the other way around....a log style manifold will spool quickly because the runners are so physically short whereas a tubular design with longer runners will be more conducive to low-end torque production.

my friend has the same setup. logs flow like *** (at least for the hondas)
my friend has a t4 61 and i have a t3/t4
im runing 8psi and he is running 17
he has fullboost 500 rpm sooner than i do.
he has a bigger turbo..
same motor basicly same setup
i dont care spoolage still be better

Our header is 1250 and its made fully out of 321 SS*flanges as well* You can also run a 4"inlet turbo and the distributor... pics will be availible soon...

thats still too vague... what size exhaust housings are you both running?

its not uncommon for a T4 to spool faster than a T3/T4... you gotta remember the T3 exhaust side was never made to spool a T4 compressor
