Default Body/Paint Shop in LA Area?

I am looking for a good body/paint shop in the los angeles area to fill and repaint my front bumper. I got quotes from a few different shops in my area and they were quoting me $500+and like 2-3 weeks just to paint front bumper. That seems a bit PRICEY. My car is flat white. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well, you did mention that they would be filling/prepping the bumper before painting, right? The price doesn't seem too unreasonable, considering the prep work that may have to be done. In my experience, a good shop in L. A. won't even fire up their compressors for less than a couple hundred bucks...

More shocking is the amount of time that they're quoting. I wouldn't want someone to rush a job on my car, but 3 weeks seems like a long time for just a bumper. The shop might be estimating on the side of caution, though, and you could get your car back in a week...

That is a fair price provided these shops do not cut corners. I paid $300 to have the trunk emblems removed and the lid repainted. Turn around in that instance was 6 days. The shop was in a lull otherwise it would have been 2-3 weeks. My last bumper estimate was $450 so it is ball park.

Lexus have 3 stage pearl white paint. $500 is a very reasonable price. I just opened up a body shop in Monterey Park, and we do QUALITY JOB(you can ask CL member GSXOTIC, I repair his GS and he is very happy with it.) Let me know if you need my help.....Thanks

Hey Lonely, My car is not pearl white, but just flat white. When i bought the car, it was already repainted. I just need a find a shop to help me fill in the holes from the front reflectors in the front bumber and rock chips and then repaint. You think you can do that at your shop?

No problem, that's easy to do even to fill two holes for the front side markers. Hmm....so your GS paint isn't stock? Then do you have the paint code of the current paint? Plus, since ur GS is white, most likely we'll need to blend both fenders and the hood to make every piece match in color. Also we can't use the same chrome bumper molding again(cuz the double side tape won't be sticky anymore once you remove it.)
