Default Another new Portland owner!

Hi all, I just picked up my first Lexus, a 2000 LS400 with 88K miles from Folsom, CA. I am a long-time Honda/Acura owner and our household includes a 2000 Acura NSX-T, H22A-swapped 1994 Accord Wagon and a 2011 Honda CRV.

Here are some pics. Hope to meet some of you in the area.

Nice pick up. Where in Portland are you located? What's your plan with this beautiful LS? I had a 4dr integra with a b20 previously. I love my lexus and I'm sure you will too. Hope to see you around.

I live in Bethany area.

After all maintenance is done, I want to do tint, stereo and suspension. Somehow these wheels are growing on me

Where do you service your car? What are your mods?

I've only had my gs for a few months and all the maintenance was up to date. I got my oil changed at kuni lexus and had them do an inspection. Said car was in great shape. So far I have just done the stereo system. Pioneer double din with diamond audio components up front and focal components in the rear with a 5 Channel amp. Suspension and lighting are next on my to do list.

Welcome!

I'm also in the Portland area. I live in Vancouver but go to school downtown at PSU, so I'm all over the place.

Can I please see a pic of your dual din setup? Did you have to bypass the stock sub?

Thanks.

No we had to bypass the amp. The sub worked well for a day or so then it blew due to the difference in power on the 5 Channel amp.

That's how it came out. I'm happy with it for now.
