Good Seattle shop for rolling / shaving fenders?

Hey guys, i need help. I bought new tires 275/30/20 Continental DWS and now I'm rubbing the rear fender. I was on 275/30/20 recently and they didn't rub.
So my question is, where and how much should i expect to pay for a 3-5mm shave on my rear fender lips? I'm in Renton.

So i decided not to cut/shave my fenders and re-ordered in a different size. Going to go 265/30/20 and 225/35/20 DWS. Discount Tire was willing to work with me since i only drove in their parking lot with the new tires.
