Lexus In Fife, WA Horrible Service

We've purchased 2 from lexus of Fife, and one from Lexus of Bellevue in the lat 6 years.
Sales... Lexus of Fife has it over Bellevue. I could never help but thinking I was padding the Bellevue wallet when I'm in there. Bellevue just didn't have the deals.
Service... Fife has been decent for us, Bellevue is better. However, my wife's IS had the staggered setup and they tried to charge her for a rotation when they couldn't rotate the tires. A little complaining and the next service was complimentary.
