Default Las Vegas Wheel Repair

Can anyone recommend a shop here in Vegas to repair a bent 3pc wheel (wheel wobbles while spinning and needs 4-5 ounces to balance)? I already tried shine shop in henderson and D&H on the east side - both are horrible and ripped me off.

i bent a wheel and took it to action motorsports. they had someone else do the work. i'm not sure who, but they did a good job. that was about a year ago and i haven't had any problems sense. they were a bit expensive though. about $150 if i remember right.

i took my old iForged to Hubcap Annie and they did a pretty good job. it was ~$100 a wheel for them to unmount the tire, true the wheel and then remount/balance the wheel.

I went to Hubcap Annie yesterday and they apparently don't have the machine that will straighten rims. They also don't reseal three piece rims. They also mentioned that there are no shops in Vegas that do their own chroming. It all gets sent to California.

Hey David - its all good now. I sent my rims to performance wheel repair in Walnut California. I had to re chrome the lips, get the barrels straightened, and reseal the three pieces.

True, i don't think they have a straigtening machine, but they use a technique where the heat up the barrel and then try to straighten it out. It's not perfect, but it's effective.

I didn't know you wanted to have your wheels taken apart and then resealed; if that were the case, i wouldn't have recommended them to you. That kinda work is best suited to the guys down in SoCal; they do terrific work for a sick price. Regardless, glad you were able to get it taken care of!

For wheel repair not really. Your better off using VR Wheels or Wheel Flip both in Cali.
