In off-road tests titled Slope, Water, Twister, and more, the 2015 NX holds her own like a truck. Well, mostly.

That's more than enough capability for me.

As long as it can get me through the snow and ice, I'm good

I loved the way the video showed the rear wheel that lifted off the ground automatically getting held by individual wheel braking, transferring torque to the wheel on the other side that still has contact with the ground...

Don't think I'll be driving my $40k+ Luxury SUV through a stream. But that's just me....

I never even really thought about the idea of it being rugged. Honestly, I just wanted it to drive through some snow when needed.

if I wanted a true rugged vehicle, I would have bought a Raptor lol

or a flooded road way, in or out of one's neighborhood after or during a torrential rainfall? Good to know that it can handle it.

That video by the Russian reviewer in the NX Review thread kind of showed the track, rough terrain and off road handling capabilities already, so this is now old news.
