A/V Input anyone had success?
So the NX has an A/V input. You should be able to do things like hook up at dvd player, a computer, or mirror your phone.
With most A/V inputs, you need a camcorder cable which has the 1/8" jack on one side, but instead of 2 rings like a normal headphone jack it has 3 rings, and on the other side, instead of red and white RCA connectors it has red white and yellow.
I have one of these cables (2 actually) and I also have all the necessary cables to mirror my iphone. A lightning to HDMI cable from apple, a converter box that converts the hdmi signal into RCA, and then the rca to A/V camcorder cable.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I'm just getting a blue screen. When I take this all inside the house and use a regular RCA cable to hook it up to a tv, I can mirror my iphone fine, so I know that part of it is working. I've tried both different camcorder cables I have and neither works.
I even tried hooking up a regular DVD player to the car using the camcorder cables, and that just gives me a blue screen too...
So my question is, has anyone actually gotten the a/v input in their NX to work? If so, what am I doing wrong?
