Legal document on startup screen turnoff

Is there a way to turn off the legal document on start up on the screen? Pretty annoying that you have to do a touchpad click to turn it off.

I find it easier to just let it time out on it's own. But yeah, if it can be disabled or set to go away sooner, I'm all for that too.

yeah, this is annoying. I hope someone here knows how to turn it off or disable it or replace it.
