Lexus Enform - issue?
Greetings to all.
I have noticed that when Enform send an alert, in my case as a push notification, it doesn't tell you what the alert is for, just that there is one.
For example, this morning the hotel valet brought my car around while I was still upstairs, but didn't lock the doors when he turned off the car (and it was directly in front of the valet podium, so I don't take issue with this, BTW). I got the following alert:
Your vehicle,'NX 200t', triggered an alert 03/18/15 at 08:32 AM Eastern Time due to the following condition(s):
ALERTS
None
Sincerely,
Lexus Enform Remote Customer Support
Can they not have the alert contain the reason for the alert? Or have I not configured the alerts properly?

I would go into the settings of the app and make sure they are set up right. Usually customers are getting a full description of the alert i.e. doors left unlocked, or moonroof open. If you can't get it working, I would delete the app and re-install it, and maybe disconnect the battery cable for a few minutes to reset the Enform Remote module.
