it really was, I questioned the amount of time it would take to show up, but my old DD held up until then so it worked out great. The NX even came in a week early.

I'm looking into building a temp garage for it on the side of the driveway. Then going to store the Camaro elsewhere during the winter so the NX will have a garage spot.

Congrats.
Thank you. I really did like the color contrast. I got the black Fsport plate from Lexus collection and it looks awesome with the color contrast. I'm trying to get the windows tinted to 20% as well.

Hoping to get a pic with the camaro next week after my new wheels arrive.

Looking forward to the new wheels - post here as you probably know so we keep a central thread on aftermarket wheels. Thanks!

Any specs you want to share? I remember you were thinking 255 width at least to fill the stance nicely...

Oh, I'm sorry, the wheels are for the Camaro.

Running 20x9 ET20 up front, and 20x10 ET35 out back. That way I can run a 275/40 up front and a 305/35 out back.

Not really right now. I am going to do the door seal DYI that is on here, but that's about it until someone makes a cold air intake for it. Maybe an exhaust down the road.

But for now, I'm going to start saving up for my cam for the Camaro, and the wife wants wheels for her IS, so NX is stock for now lol

Default Finally Built!

Woohoo....finally got notice that my NX was built, have the VIN and spec sheet. It's apparently be loading on the ship today with a port arrival of June 15. Anyone know what ship to track? Hoping for smooth seas between Japan and New Jersey!

"Jacking your thread"?!? Sorry - thought this thread was titled 'Finally Got My VIN' so just like you, I posted my excitement of having received my VIN. Had not realized this was just your thread - my apologies.

Those are indeed sweet rims! Do V710's work on the NX?

Would have to check with VMR to see if the hub pattern is applicable.

Furthermore, the size I'm currently using would not fit within the fenders of the NX. Would have to look on their site for sizes if you were interested.

Thanks. Yea makes sense. I used to have V710's on my BMW. 18X9's though with 235 tires . I presume your setup with the 295's on the rear would def not work with the NX. I loved the look though. My NX is still on the boat from Japan so I just dream about it..
