Default Creme Nuluxe and dirt/staining?

Can anyone with the creme nuluxe interior comment on how it has held up to dirt/staining so far? We like the lighter look but worry about how it will look in 3 years...5 years...etc. We have 3 kids...youngest is 10 so better than it used to be, and the van is what they ride in most, but still. I also have been know to have a sandwich in the car as well.

I plan to keep this vehicle for many years so just worried we should go with the darker brown or black. I like the black but in NC I'm not sure that's a smart move heat wise in the summer (though I'm starting to forget what summer feels like!).

I like the darker brown interior as well, and it would be a good middle ground, but my wife is not a big fan.

Any stain resistant treatments anyone might recommend if we do go with the creme? Ours will have the nuluxe, not the real leather (at least that is the plan). Thanks.

I wouldn't recommend a lighter color with kids...I am single and have had lighter leather colored interiors and wear dress clothes 98% of the time when I am driving, I DO NOT eat in my vehicle, and yet, the lighter color still shows dirt...I am sure it is at a slower rate of time than with many people accessing the vehicle.

As for black. well, I have live in both Georgia and NC over the last 30 years and have had several vehicles with black interior...no issues whatsoever...no more so than lighter interior cars...so my advice is to go with darker color.

The advantage to Nuluxe over leather is it will be easier to clean. Water and a microfiber cloth usually works.

For more stubborn stains, an easily available product at your local auto store: Mothers VLR works great.

Thanks for the feedback and cleaning tips, appreciated.

I wanted to check on other thing. For the 200t without the F Sport package the greenhouse pillars and the interior headliner is light colored no matter what interior seat color is chosen correct?

It looks like from pics only if you get the F Sport package is the inside black all the way up, is that right?

I'm really leaning towards black seats just b/c I know our family!....but the wife would like the inside to have at least some light color.

Yep, headliner is light colored on regular NXs.
