Lexus #1 for customer satisfaction among auto brands in Australia
"This combines well with the Lexus covenant: 'treat every customer as you would a guest in your own home',” Lexus Australia boss Sean Hanley said.
"And with the excitement and enjoyment we've been injecting into our range - including our recently launched RC and NX Lines - we believe that we'll continue to satisfy a growing number of Australian customers in the future.”

Not unexpected.
However, unfortunately, too many people in Australia will never even consider a Lexus because "it's just a Toyota".
Interesting how they never think an Audi (particularly the ones that are popular in Australia) is just a VW/Skoda.

Yep, and as a first time Lexus buyer reading some of the sentiment out there, I am equally baffled by the attitude of some people.
But when you read the Australian motoring sites, all they seem to do is heap praise on expensive European at the moment. And they love diesels SO much. (Meanwhile in Paris, all diesel vehicles are being banned (and London is considering this too) due to pollution).
I listened to an Australian motoring podcast episode the other day (Behind The Wheel) in which Lexus was discussed, specifically in relation to "Why isn't the brand more popular".

One of the hosts actually said words to the effect of "They came in on reliability, but nobody cares about that anymore."
Have a listen. LOL.
