Quick question...

What brand of tires did your NX come with and how do you like them?

My dealer told me Dunlop or Michelin...but they don't know until the vehicle arrives.

Michelin MXM4 225/60/18. Smooth and quiet riding tire though not as soft-sided as I expected for a 60-series hire profile tire. This seems to be the most popular so far from what I've seen.

If you're getting the F Sport summers, they should be a Bridgestone Dueler variant.

Yokohama Geolandar G91.

Most of the NXs on the lot at the dealer I got mine at have them as well. I have a F Sport with the all-season tire package.

Just curious, as far as I know...Michelin has 2 MXM4's tires. Michelin Pilot HX MXM4 & Michelin Primacy MXM4?
Which one do you have?

How do you like them?do they seem to be wearing well?. I see the MXM4's are the only tire (so far) that I have seen with a tread-life warranty. The dunlops and yokohamas do not have any tread warranty. That sort of worries me.... I have always been the type to buy tires with a good strong tread-life warranty.

So far, no complaints. I've driven about 250 miles. On dry pavement they are quiet and offer good stability through turns. They were alright in some light snow.

We got our NX 300h on Friday and it has the Michelin Primacy MXM4's on it as well, 225/60/R18s.

Drove a bit on them on Saturday near Chicago, left during the day with dry weather, they felt fine, came home at night in sleet and snow and they still felt OK, no slipping or sliding, but I was driving slower than normal due to the weather and being in a new car for the 1st time.

I have the same tires on my NX Sport. Could not find much info on Tire Rack . Com about these tires, maybe that they are so new. BTW, according to Yokohama, these particular tires are truck tires, and not your typical passenger tire. Nevetheless, they run quiet, have decent grip on dry and snow conditions.

My 300h came with the all-season Geolandar G91 tires also.

Yokohama Geolandar G91 on mine also.

Too soon to comment on them but haven't noticed anything objectionable so far. I would have preferred Michelin's but every other NX on the lot had Yokohamas also or I would have asked to swap them.

Bridgestone Dueler 400 (235/55) on NX300h F Sport.

Fine so far. Low road noise and good grip levels in wet and dry thus far.

Is it common for a vehicle to have 2-3 different types of tires? I have seen some vehicles where you can opt for certain tires but it seems the same trim for the vehicles has different tires.

I also got the Yokohama Geolandar G91 tires on mine. Reading [anecdotal] reports and reviews of these tires, many claim significantly less mileage than they're rated for, and not the quietest out there. Any thoughts as to what I should replace these with when the time comes (in about two years or so)?
