I hope everyone is getting the Customer Satisfaction Survey email, and that you are providing some good inputs to Lexus HQ. The majority of the questions had to do with Quality, did you have any problems X, and gave you 150 characters to explain about each and every little thing. Inside, Outside, Noises, Electronics, must have asked about 150-200 items, Also asked about seats, height, weight, etc... they must be seeing all the negative data on the seats.
