NX price paid/ Lease

Looking to see what you guys thought about the quote I received. In southern california car MSRPed at $44,516. They matched carmax appraisal for my trade in and offered me the car at $41,960. They're shipping it in right now and it'll get there on the 31st so I'm going to go in and see if I can negotiate it down a little further.
Many areas with little competition around were not discounting at all.

Atomic Silver FWD NX200T (this wasn't a special order, just waited for the Atomic Silver with the minimum of what I wanted - it came with a few extras above that, but I was fine with it)
QI Charger
Electrochromatic Inside Rear View Mirror
Navigation Package
Electrochromatic Outer Mirrors with Blind Spot Monitoring, Rear Cross Traffic, Reverse Tilt, Memory
Parking Assist
Power Back Door
Premium Package
Illuminated Door Sills
Premium Accessories package (trunk mat, cargo net, wheel locks, key gloves)
had to do MSRP at $43,057
but I got the dealer to throw in the running boards, body side moldings, mud guards, and bumper protector Got my money's worth on the labor to install all this. They didn't expect the running boards to be so complicated.

The Mrs is a shrewd negotiator and scored $2000 off the vehicle.
Since we decided to not keep our cars for a longer period of time
So we decided to lease (first time ever).
NX 200t Executive package, Eminent white, black interior.
Zero down, 48 months, ~$840/month before taxes (1 time payment would have been ~$40k I think)
Hopefully with a great working relationship with the dealership we'll be able to take advantage of further "incentives" later on, but I think we faired pretty well for a first transaction with this dealer.
