Thanks corradoMR2!
Have been following the forum daily for months now and appreciate all the insights and info. As many have mentioned, iPad photos don't do this car justice. It is like nothing else on the road.

Glad this forum has helped.
I noticed you have a prior gen Outback in your garage. Not that it compares, but how do you find the NX vs the Outback?

Subaru Outback is the unofficial state car of Colorado. They are ubiquitous and extremely popular, due to AWD, solid cold weather performance, good mountainous terrain characteristics, and reliability. Subaru has almost a cult-like following and people put special badges on their cars based on different milestones. Since Subaru makes almost nothing besides AWD, they are really good at it. I don't think there's anything better in that $20,000 to $30,000 USD price range if you want AWD. The NX, of course, is in a different class and all of the expected areas where you would anticipate Lexus superiority are evident -- quality of finish, luxury, extreme attention to detail, sophisticated electronics, and so on. But I would say Subaru is the way to go for the segment where they compete. One thing that surprised me is the cars appear to have almost identical length when I look at them side-by-side in the garage.
What I find particularly interesting is a comparison between the BMW X1 that I drove for six months before replacing it with the NX.

Been trolling these forums for months and I've had my ups and downs. positives unbelievable styling and incredible tech.. Negatives could I get used to touch pad... Will my cpu crash like consumer reports did.. The whole snow crud in the door jams.. In general dealing with new car folks always thinking I'm getting taken advantage of.. Well I got good offer for Accord trade in and they had white with red one on lot at the
second dealer in town and her she is.. Thanks for letting me read everyone's experiences. Great forum

Gratz! On ur f sport! Can't wait to get mine. I was thinking about getting the bumpershox for the front license plate. I see that you have the flexy frame? Is it held by 4 screws? Did h have to get longer screws?

Mine came stock like this and the dealership just installed the plate on it... Looks like this part also hold two of the parking sensors.
