Default Stain Removal for NuLuxe?

My wife just came home with our two month old '17 NX and showed me where a child she was picking up today for a friend had slid a yellow pizza box across our back seat and left a 1" long yellow mark - like a colored pencil did it. After trying soap and water, Vinylex, alcohol and magic eraser, it has gotten lighter, but still there. Anyone had any success in removing stains from the NuLuxe interiors? I have read ammonia may be an option, but starting to get weary about trying stronger chemicals for fear of making worse. Any help appreciated.

My second Lexus with NuLuxe, and they have been very resistant to most anything. Any chance the edge of the box actually took off some of the surface so you're seeing an abrasion? The things you have used typically are what I would have tried. I'm also in NC, after the sale Johnson Lexus sent me a box of cleaner products for the "Polysteel" paint finish they put on all the cars, inside is an interior cleaner, as well. Did you buy there and have that product? The dealers have the Technology Specialists that do the delivery--I'd give them a try, too, before you try anything more aggressive.

I am 100% positive it is ink transfer from the box - the same ugly yellow ink from a box associated with a local pizza joint around here. Imagine the shade of yellow like you use to see on a yellow broomstick. It's truly a scuff transfer -the surface of the NuLuxe is fine - nothing has been removed.

We bought from Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte and did not receive any cleaning products and we do not live near there. I guess I will check with my local dealer and see if they have any advice.
