Lexus Drivers Information Wiped?

I logged in my Lexus Drivers account and its asking me to add a car like I'm setting up a new account. The site worked fine few weeks ago... anyone else have issues?

Just checked and mine works fine, Remember last summer we had to switch our user
names to our email address. Check that and good luck...

Thanks. I re added my vehicle and its fine again. Just weird my car was wiped from the account in the first place.
