Strange noisce
Dear All
I have been searching for the answer for past six months. Been to two dealer ship but no luck. here is what is going on. My NX 200T is making strange noise when i make the right turn while applying brake. only happened when i put my foot on the brake and only happened when i make right turn. I don't know how to describe the the noise. it comes from the wheel. it is more like " bong....bong....bong...".
The customer service department kept telling me it is nature of car which i dont think so.
Please help

I reported the same problem twice to the dealer twice, most recently o 10/31. They couldn't duplicate the noise so nothing was done. At least it's documented.
The noise is coming from the driver's front wheel. Sounds almost like a clucking noise.

Not sure if it's related but the noise could be the brake pads ever so slightly shifting. I can't really say I've experienced this when moving forward on turns, but it happens when reversing into my driveway and hitting the brakes. I've come to accept this clicking noise not just on my NX but on most every Lexus I've owned including all models of RX and IS.

Thank you for your posts. The dealership did check my brake and found nothing. They could not even tell me the reason why that happened. I was told that I was the only one complained about the noise.
