Don't kid yourself, the NX is not a fast car, not even by SUV standards.
0-60 in over 7 seconds is pretty slow for 2016. You can't beat physics; 230hp on a SUV that is over 4000lbs....
reminds me of the time Hyundai 2 door coupe (whatever that thing is called) thought their cars were sleepers cuz they were beating M3s and C63 AMGs in races or keeping up with them.....they had like a 30 page thread of all the owners chimming in on their "kills" on the streets.
It was fun to read.

We all have thing we like or don't like about cars, and finding the right one for you is an exercise in compromise. You may really like a GT3, while others think they are to loud, have too much road noise, and not enough rear seat room. There are those that think the GTR is the ultimate sports car, while others (generally those chasing it) consider it borderline blasphemous that it requires so much electronic intervention to make it fast, that it minimizes the driving experience, and doesn't have a big enough glove compartment or a holder for sunglasses.
I'm pretty sure that some car somewhere has everything I personally want or need in a car, and I'm equally confident I can't afford it. The good news is that for me today, my precious premium luxury suv (the NX) comes the closest, given the money I want to spend.

If you think Im negative thats fine. Car isn't a lease. It was purchased in cash. Makes no financial sense to pay interest on a depreciating asset. I think I am just realistic about the cars strong points and its faults. I don't think everything is great just because I spent money on it and I made this choice instead of others. I criticize all the cars I purchase and have opinions about all of them, but it seems most people on this forum get butt hurt when they're "precious premium luxury suv thats better than anything" gets talked down. Turning a blind eye because justifying a purchase is idiotic.
