Newbie question

Found this in glove - instructions on it but for the life of me cant figure out where it goes?and I am a software engineer - duh... thanks...

The top of the package explains it. Go back to the dealer, they are plugs for holes in the underbody that should be installed at delivery prep. (Not an emergency)
