Electric back seats hit front seats when folded
My NX300h hits the seats when you try to fold them from the cargo area switches. I have to go to the seats on both sides and move them forward a bit. This is very inconvenient. Is there a way to stop this from happening?
You would think the car would automatically move the seats forward a bit to avoid the headrest.

Welcome to the forum.
If it hits the rear of the driver's seat when car is off and parked, your only option besides removing the rear seat headrests is to disable the driver's easy exit feature (or perhaps set it to the medium/partial position).

Is there an aftermarket headrest which would allow the headrest to be tilted down (out of the way) when not in use to allow easier lowering of the rear seat and provide much better rear view visibility? I had those on my Prius and they worked great!

The rear seat headrests from the RAV4 fit and fold nicely.
