Nx 200t 2015 vs 2016
Hello everyone does anyone know the difference between the nx 200t 2015 vs nx 200t 2016? I tried researching it but it seems there no difference. Can anyone help me?

So far, the only thing I've heard that's different is that vanity mirror in the center console. It now clips into the plastic, as opposed to being held in by magnets. Also the rear cargo light bulbs have changed from Festoon to Wedge bulbs... Pretty sure that's about it so far :P

The bulb change is great, T10 are very common and I had a lot of spares so it was very easy to change them to LED.

That's the same as the 2015 model. If you don't go for the premium DRLs, you get the lights you posted. There always have been 3 light packages:
1. LED DRL with filament turn signal. LED low beam + halogen high beam
2. Premium DRL with full "Nike swoosh" and LED turn signals. LED low beam + halogen high beam
3. Premium DRL with full "Nike swoosh" and LED turn signals. Triple beam projector Full LED headlights

Really? Thank you. Not much of a difference then, I bought the 2016 thinking it was better than the older model. now I am wondering if 2015 was cheaper

Ugh... I had to go into a different Lexus dealer today, and the sales guy and I struck up a convo. He had no clue that the upgraded DRL's came with a package. Swore he never saw any with the base DRL and incandescent bulb combo like the pic above. It really doesn't help when even the sales staff doesn't know the product. I sold cars myself, and my brand (which I hated) made me memorize and learn every single option and package across our whole line. You'd think Luxury brands would do the same, but alas no.
Bottom line is: a 15 NX is 99.999% identical to a 16. Very minor changes. You won't see anything really change unless recalls start popping up, or the mid-cycle refresh. Whichever comes first. If anyone can snag a 15 configured they way they want, it will *probably* be cheaper to grab that one right now. Sorry Pinkaboo!

Sometimes they do little things to improve refinement, such as different engine sounds, addressing small issues from complaints, add standard dual-pane laminated front windows, or adjust options in packages. This is what happened when I went from my 2013 to 2015 GS350. Nothing major though between the model years.
