NX size compared for RX300
I took my RX400h in for service the other day, and requested an NX for a loaner. Unfortunately, they only had the 200t (I would have preferred to try the hybrid).
Anyways, there were a number of things that I liked about the NX, and a number of things that I didn't care for (radio location was a big one!). But one thing I noticed is it seems to be around the size of the 1st-gen RX (RX300), which we had owned for many years.
Does anyone have the interior/exterior measurement specs for both the RX300 & NX? And if you had owned an RX300 & now an NX, do you feel that they are about the same size?
Thanks
-Dan

My 2005 RX330 had the best seats in any vehicle I've ever owned. I could drive for hours and be comfortable without constantly shifting my posture to get comfy. I wished my NX seat would have a higher rise (the forward edge of seat cushion angle) to lift my knees a bit more.

Give or take an inch here and there they are the same. I don't have any interior dimensions though. It's been so long since I had my RX300 it's hard to compare the interiors. This size is the perfect fit for the wife and myself. I still think that the RX300 had the best ride of any vehicle I ever owned including the RX350.

One major difference is cargo at 39 cu Ft vs 28 for the NX mostly due to the more box-like rear.

I do wish that there was a little more cargo room in the NX. I also didn't sit in the back seat, but it looked pretty roomy - and the link that you sent me from Edmunds was very useful, thanks.
I'll have to test drive the hybrid version to see how it compares to the 400h
