I don't mind an extra dose of sexy but I wish Lexus went back to its roots to build cars that rode soft and were built to be reliable.
Lexus cars are still some of the most reliable on the road but the reputation of having a soft suspension that they were known for is now gone. They've made their suspension stiffer and harsher to be more like BMW or MB and in my opinion that's the wrong way to go. That's not the Lexus way.

I test drove the non-sport 200t when I was still shopping and from what I remember it's softer riding but not by much.
The NX is my first luxury car and when I was driving that 200t I remember not being that impressed with the ride quality. And I was driving a 2012 camry se at the time and I expected much more of a difference. Most of the reviews I've read, also complained about the same thing.
My first car a '99 toyota solara rode really really nice.
I'm not going to lie. I like a floatier ride. One of the first things I did with the car was change the summer sport tires, and get taller, softer riding tires.
But I bought the F-sport just cause it looks a lot better than the non-Fsport.

Maybe they are going after the younger crowd. I would venture to say that an older crowd likes a softer ride, IMHO. Just like Cadillac, when their owner-base was nothing but white-haired grandparents, they completely changed and their soft-ride feature (among other features) were altered drastically.
