Wireless Charging Makes Phone Very HOT!
Does anyone's phone get really, really hot when wireless charging in their NX?
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4. I also charge wireless at home and it doesn't get hot at all. However, in the NX, I've seen my phone's battery gets up to 115° (F) while charging and that is at around 85% charged.
Many wireless chargers (the good ones) prevent overheating by dialing back the charging when the temp gets to 107° (F) and higher. Evidently, the one in my NX does not.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 Edge primarily because my NX came with the wireless charging tray. I've been very happy with my previous HTC One M9. I'm not so happy with the charging tray. Aside from the size, which won't fit a Galaxy Note or LG G4, it charges very slow. It also makes my phone really hot. It is quick to disconnect, light blinking and stops charging when the phone gets displaced from the tray going over a small bump or uneven road.

Funny enough, the OEM Samsung wireless charger I have heats up my S5 quite a bit, but the IKEA one I replaced it with doesn't. From what I've read on cell forums, heat is pretty common with Qi charging.
Could it also be that you are charging the phone in an enclosed space (assuming you have the armrest down when you're driving).
