I bought a new Lexus Nx and things were going good until tdy when I tried to open the trunk it did not open. My nx is equipped with power trunk and it did work initially.

I tried from key and dashboard. Am i missing something ?

If it is beeping at you and not opening - hit unlock first and try again. Also I've found I have to hold the dash button for 2-3 seconds before it opens

Also check to be sure it wasn't disabled in the settings.

Yes, the settings are located in the center between the TAC and Speedo, go through them, it should be the farthest to the left when scrolling through those screens, and it should be one of the 1st 2 if I recall correctly. Mine got turned off at one point, had to turn it back on in there to get things back to normal.
