NX brakes upgrade
So i'm going to get my new NX200t F-Sport in a month, and i got IS-F brakes... what do you think, will they fit like Bolt On? like it fitted the IS/GS/LS models?

You mean the entire brake kit, correct? Rotor, Caliper, and Pads?
Also, Do they use the same hub? If not, this won't work.
You will need to consider upgrading your master cylinder and brake reservoir. Those brakes can create a lot more heat than the stock brakes will and you will need additional pressure for the extra pistons.
Another thought, the wheels on the NX are 18" (I don't remember the offset). The IS-F comes with 19" wheel. You will have to confirm that the caliper does not hit the inside of the wheel.
Finally, the IS-F brake setup is over rated IMO, you could have done better for cheaper.

i bought is250 with full IS-F brake kit, rotors pads and calipers.
and by the way the master cylinder and brake reservoir is the same in IS 250 like in IS-F.

And that will also defeat your second point wehre you said its the same reservoir.
Please remember that IS-F and F-sport are not the same parts. Quite frankly, I wish Lexus would have never created F-sport. Ruined the branding.

So when you say brakes, you wish to put the entire BBK (big brake kit) onto the NX? Hmm, I'm not sure, you will have to check the offset of the IS-F wheel compared to what your NX has. My gut feeling is that the stock OEM 18" on the NX isn't going to provide enough clearance.
Sounds like more research
