just my opinion, pricing seems high, unless you start including other features like live gauges and such

Yes, the customizations are permanent and they won't get reset if you disconnect the battery.

You guys had me, until the pricing model changed. I'm not really interested in buying an OBD reader, and only be able to use a $10 app for a week. I'll take it to the dealer.

Unless of course, I'm missing something.

Thanks for the feedback. Well, we think that given the time and money the app saves you (compared to going to the dealer), it's worth the price. If you use it infrequently, just get a 1-week pass. If you think you'll use it at least 4 times in a year, it's a better deal to get the yearly subscription. In any case, though, it's way quicker and less expensive than visiting a dealer. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.

I cannot seem to access the sunroof open remote. I think I am missing a number of the customizations.

Could you please post the customizations that you see? You can use the "share" button at the top-right corner when you go into CUSTOMIZE and wait for it to load. Just "share" them with yourself by email or copy them to clipboard or whatever works, then post them here. Also, after CUSTOMIZE is done loading, please open the slide-out menu in Carista and use "Report a problem" to send us a technical report. That'll show us if there are any issues in the communication with the car. Thanks.

Got an email reply saying the nx does not support sunroof opening with remote. I think this is wrong. Can anyone confirm?

You can (all in one operation) unlock all the doors, open all the windows, and open the moonroof. Simply press and hold down the unlock button until all the windows and moonroof are open.

Sometimes I have to press the unlock button once and then press it again and hold it until the glass starts moving.

The dealer set it to do that but I thought the carista app should give me that as one of the customization that I can change. I don't see the option.

I still don't understand why I cannot CLOSE all the windows and sunroof via the fob, since I can open them this way. That's very frustrating to me and just seems odd, no??. I'm sure it's likely a "safety" thing....

Best,

Hi, sorry to hijack this thread. I recently posted that I had some issues with the aircon system getting it's servo motor stuck in Feet/Windshield mode, and no matter what mode I selected, it would not change. Well, the dealer got it fixed by (according to his words) "resetting the aircon system". I was wondering if anyone here knows what he was talking about, and is there any way that Carista can read the aircon info and possible do a "reset" or whatever it was that the dealer did?
