Yes. They are standard on all.

what about the interior lights? (ie. dash cluster lights, map light? dome light?)

It is very annoying when those bulbs go. I have had to replace dash lights in the past.

I don't think the interior lights are ever led, with regard to the taillights, its led, except the turn signal.

Rear turn signals and Reverse lights are not LED.

Interior lights are all LED that I can tell except the vanity/sunvisor lights and the trunk/cargo lights.

That site is extremely pricey.. I bought these for the trunk lights and they are amazing for a third of the price... i had them for 2 years + on my CT with no issues.

I haven't personally looked just yet, but a friend of mine owns Diode Dynamics. Take a look over there. The prices are very good and their LEDs are quality and made in the US.
