Seriously, I had a silver 2005 RX 330 until 2012 and it held it's value very, very well.

I saw my Atomic Silver twin yesterday near my house. Saw a white one last week in my neighborhood. They are a rarity but for some reason keep seeing them near my home and no where else on my daily commute. .

During a trip from Michigan to suburban Philadelphia and return I saw three NXs (not counting dealers' lots): an EWP 200t, a MRM 200t, and an EWP F-Sport. Evidently NXs are not too common yet. My NX200t put in a bravura performance with no issues whatsoever and averaged 30+ mpg on the Interstate legs of the trip.

i had seen a few prior to leasing one, lately have been noticing more. mostly white, black, and both varieties of silver.

Not quite the case in Canada. The majority of the NX's popularity stems from the fact that it's a compact CUV, a top-selling segment in Canada, contrary to the US which is the mid-size CUV. For instance, the '15 RX's sales in the US is still double the NX's.

^^ I knew that the RX outsells the NX in the U.S. by far. However, I didn't know that Compact SUVs (in general) were the best-sellers in Canada.

I happened to be driving behind a new NX today in Atomic Silver, same as my car, then a White NX came up on my left, so we had 3 at the same spot.

Took a trip from GA up to NoVA and DC and saw only a handful even in wealthy NoVA. Did see dozens of the prior model RX350s. It was probably the most prevalent car I saw in VA.

Interesting thread. In two months since we purchased ours, I have seen two. I thought I sighted one yesterday but as I got closer, I realized the grill had a smashed look. It was a new RX. except for that smashed part of the grill, it is amazing how similar those vehicles look from a distance.

Anyway, back on topic, I am surprised just how few of the NXs are around. Of course, there is only one dealership in our city, and the next nearest is over 400 miles away. It still surprises me how rare they seem to be around here. Our sales manager said ours was only the second hybrid NX they had sold.

If I only stay in downtown Toronto I might see 1-2 a day. But if I travel around where I live or up to where my friends and family live I'll see anywhere from 5-10 a day. Generally, when and if I go to a neighbourhood that has more Asian people (sorry for the racial profiling here, but I'm also Asian if that makes it better), the number of Lexus's I see goes way up.

I've already seen 2 on my way to the Tim Hortons where I'm typing this post!
