I wanted to order mudguards for my NX from Sewell with the CL discount.
Can anyone tell me if you do it via the internet or by a phone call to their parts department ?
I also see Sewell has 2 locations, one in Dallas and the other Fort Worth.

You can do it online and I believe they handle this from the Dallas site.

Agree. Great discount and for 75-80$ all-in shipped, the OEM mud guards are a good deal.

I used to shop with Sewell until recently I found out they don't ship outside States (eg. Canada) any more.

Folks do need to understand that is not their fault or preference... That restriction was from Lexus corporate for all US Lexus parts dealers.

I'm sure they would love to continue to do that if they were allowed. Just making sure folks know a bit of backstory.

Thanks DaveGS4 for the info. I have been pleased with what Sewell has offered in the past and what you said confirms my thinking. Indeed it is a restriction from Lexus USA. And it is traceable as before Sewell called their online store Sewell parts, it was used to be called Lexus parts online or something. Sad..

I just went back and ordered the Lexus Cargo Mat from them this morning.
My local dealer is slow on getting the NX accessories for some reason.

It appears Sewell is out-of-stock on the cargo mats. Mine is now backordered.
