Is it really easy enough to install the mud flaps on your own? is it harder to do the back wheel since the space is limited. Really wondering whether i do it or take it to a dealer.

Very easy. It will require drilling 4 hose with a 1/4 bit, but all the locations are marked and you are only drilling thru plastic. You don't need to remove any wheels and it will take less than an hour.

Thanks for all the advice. I got then installed yesterday myself. It was easy and I did not have to drill since they were self tapping screws.

So, here are the mud flaps that I bought. But as I tried to install them yesterday I noticed that as per the sewell instructions and the holes on these flaps, they dont exactly work. It worked enough that I was able to mount all four, but for some added reinforcement, I'm going to have to put another hole in somewhere. I was in a bit of rush to get on the road, so I wasnt able to take pictures, but I think maybe there is a slight difference in the 2016 vs 2015? Or the quality on this ebay one sucked. Anyone else with the experience?

Sewell's instructions are for genuine Lexus components—not for knock-offs from eBay—so some deviance in the documentation shouldn't come as a surprise.

Being sold as OEM, guaranteed by ebay, and only 30 bucks! Misrepresentations invalid! We'll find out in a few weeks.

Yeah, technically not OEM due to the (ironically) "LEXUS" stamping, but I bet there's fine print in the auction saying it's an "OEM fit", which technically is the most important part besides quality and visuals. So if the OP is fine with the visuals/quality and it fits, for 30$, I'd be happy!
