NX price paid/ Lease

You should be able to do way better
What is the msrp on that vehicle.
There is heavy inventory all around and lexus sales are really down. The month of Jan they attributed limited sales to low inventory and initial indications are Feb sales haven't improved that much either inspite of having inventory.

Agreed there is no significance is mpg between FWD & AWD in the NX>
But keep in mind the maintenance costs associated with AWD - the rear differential, tire replacement etc
Lexus of Austin has a huge inventory of the 2017 NX.
If you are not in a hurry, I'd wait for a better price or shop around. Try outside your territory where you have multiple dealers.

I don't want to sound stupid here, but what's up with the high lease prices people are posting? I've heard you should generally be <1% of the total MSRP of a vehicle for the monthly lease price with nothing down.. so what's with people paying $100+ more with money down?
My old IS F-Sport that was stickered at 48,000, I leased for $480 a month but they also paid off my lease which was $1,500 at the time, so I felt like I got a good deal.
Ive now been looking at the NX AWD as my next vehicle come December and want to be around $375/mo for a lease... I guess time will tell when I go talk to the dealer, I'm just shocked at the high prices. (My wife just leased a 2017 Toyota Highlander MSRP @ 40k for $350/mo with $1500 at signing)

Thank you - and New NX-F!
Have been lurking around on here a bunch and learned a lot of info. Haven't been on this forum since we sold our 2001 RX300 back in 2009 (went 200k miles then tranny started crappin out). We just bought a gorgeous Nebula Gray 2017 NX200T F-Sport in FWD. wanted to share some of my negotiations/deals to pay the favor forward. To help establish a baseline for price, I live in San Francisco. MSRP was $44,678.
Negotiated a 2017 F Sport NX200T (FWD) with: premium package, navigation, parking sensors, illuminated door sills, heated steering wheel, power rear lift gate, all season floor mats and all season trunk cargo mat.
For purchase I got it down to: $38,300 (before taxes/fees).
We decided to lease instead and got $1000 down and $480/month (inclusive of all taxes and fees) for 36 months and 10k miles/year.

$38300 I think is an excellent price. I didn't think there were any incentives right now. That's about 6k off msrp. Dealers in my area (VA) are not negotiating that much. They are talking still above invoice.
Feb sales figures should tell us more.

They aren't going to. No dealers in the DMV do.

I had another offer on another NX, same details, except it was in Atomic Silver. They were letting it go for $38,500. All other dealerships in Bay Area were in the $40-41.5k range.

I am in the middle of shopping for a new NX 200T AWD with dimming mirrors, blindspot monitoring, park assist, heated steering, navigation, electronic tailgate, and premium package, non F sport. I am looking at Lexus of Serramonte. Where did you shop at and who did you work with. I am looking to pull the trigger right away. Any help would be appreciated. Right now I am going through Costco which has a special $750 below invoice. This brings the price to $41,192.

March should bring some good deals.
March 31st is the fiscal year end for Lexus.
I'm sure Q3 was good due to December to remember sales. Jan sales were down, which lexus attributed to low inventory levels following December sales.
Feb sales data should come out soon.
Irrespective of Feb sales data March should bring new incentives. (hopefully)

Got a 2016 pretty much fully loaded (no lux) fsport awd, no auto brake, but everything else, 47+ list, we got it for 40K + tax, title and license a few weeks ago. My buddy said its about 3500 off invoice. He hadn't seen that deep on a Lexus in a long time. I'm very happy with the trucklet, especially at this price. Just about the same for a fully loaded edge sport, made it a no brainer decision for me.
