Hello new member but I've been lurking to gather information on the NX. Went to the local dealership today and took a look at some NX200T F-sports. The 3 I'm interested all have an MSRP of around $47,300-47,8000. The sales consultant, I was working with offered me a deal of about $44,300 which included registration and a $500 rebate since I was going to finance for the 1.9% APR.

I of course played my bluff and did not accept the deal and explained I was still shopping around going to look at comparable models from other brands X1, Q3, GLA250 ect.... What should I realistically expect to pay? I'm personally aiming for about $42,500-43,000 would this be possible? I'm located in Portland, OR and we only have one Lexus dealership in the state so I'm sure that makes a difference for their negotiation tactics. Thanks for listening and any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Here is our final deal...since the car they ordered for us was stuck at the port, they traded with another dealer to get my sister out of the car they loaned her (for over a week), and into a similarly equipped 2016 NX200t F-sport (Ultra white/Rioja red).

MSRP: $45158 (few added accessories like cross bars, trunk mat, cargo net, wheel locks)
Selling price: $39,500
Incentives applied:
•$1000 recent grad
•$500 Memorial Day special

Lease: 36months/12K miles/$0 drive-off (first month included)/$487.30 monthly (tax included)

That's sounds like a awesome deal, I did 4500 due at signing and reduced the base by not much from the 39799 to 38k and ended up with 410 taxes included. The base atleast comes with a sunroof, AWD, rear power trunk and cargo net. This is in NY btw, wish I had shopped around more. Would be happier with a Fsport!

The wife and I decided to get info on the nx while taking her 2006 rx in for an oil change. What was supposed to be a quick in an out turned into a test drive and the salesman giving us a price for an AWD NX 200T that had all the features my wife wanted (I would prefer it if she got one with leather, but i won't be the one driving it).

Looking at the prices people have listed here, I think i probablly should go to another dealer. He said that the dealership will only go down so much from MSRP for certain models based on availability. Because the NX (and RX) are really popular, the most they will go down is 500 below MSRP. Does this sound right?

Also, can anyone recommend me any dealers in MI or the surrounding states?

If you're in the Detroit area and have Costco, there is a Lexus dealership in Toledo that has Costco pricing. I know that the Lexus dealerships in Michigan are few and far between which helps them keep their prices up.

purchased a 2016 NX200t Fsport with pretty much all the options except the LED headlights.
MSRP: $45900
price i got it for: $41500
Dealer Incentive: $500
Out the door (tax, title, fees): $44900

do you think I got a good deal on it? we are in the Chicago market, i don't know if that would make a huge difference.

Seeing some great deals being made, but no luck for me on 2016 NX200t that was used at a PGA golf event, 180 miles on odometer.
MSRP $43,183
Dealer down to $40,183
Got them up $500 more on trade
End of deal, dealer would not take anything else off. This is the New Orleans area dealer, comes across as they don't need to make better deals to sell cars in this market.

Done deal:

MSRP $43,183
Dealer discounted down to $39,183
Got the dealer to added $500 more to trade-in (same as taking $500 off MSRP)
Got $500 discount from finance manager for good credit rating.
All in all got around 11.5% off MSRP
