Good Job! Meleu. Can you share the dealership? I was waiting for 2016, but with that price I may go for 2015 instead.

Great deal. My Dealer isn't giving me any off of the MSRP. She told me that their isn't rebates on the NX just yet. I'll think i'll try the other Lexus Dealer.

Howdy all! Recent convert from Acura.
Brought home the 9820E package (seems popular here in SoCal) in Atomic Silver w/Black nuLuxe.
Base + premium pkg + nav pkg + parking assist + EC mirror w/homelink + powerhatch + Qi charger + carco net/locks/bumper prot.
$42723 sticker, $42179 cap cost... got $1000 off of that with the 1st month payment & additional dealer kick-in.
Out the door with $781 (in a trade-in from last lease, low mileage) no other cash.
I checked the deal with 2 thers (1 was a friend) and this was as good as I could get.

Lexus NX F Sport
Just got a Lexus NX F Sport. Outside: obsidian. Interior: Rioja. Features include: premium package, blind spot monitoring, nav, parking assist, heated steering wheel, garage door opener w/ memory exterior mirrors, and preferred kit (wheel locks, trunk mat, cargo net, etc.).
MSRP: $46082. I got $4500 off that plus TTL, since it was a 2015.
I initially was going to order a 2016 minus Nav and Parking Assist. But, I pretty much got those two features free with a 2015, so I went with it, versus ordering a 2016 without them for the same price.
Very happy so far.

Is this a good lease?
I have been quoted a lease of $430/month for a 200t AWD. Total MSRP $44,272 (Optional equipment includes Nav, Premium Package, Intuitive Parking Assist, Power Back Door, Electrochromic Outer Mirrors with blind spot monitoring, Floor Mats, Mud Flaps, and Cargo Net for a total optional equipment price of $7,452). I would be paying taxes upfront.
As a newbie in the car leasing world, I figured reaching out to you all here would be a good start Am I getting a good deal from this NY dealership? Or should I continue my search at the other surrounding dealerships? There are about 7-8 dealerships, all less than an hour away from me.
And if I should continue my search, any tips on approaching these other dealerships in order to get a better deal?
Thanks in advance!

As for packages, it sounds like the "standard" package most of the dealers I visited had. By "taxes upfront" I'm assuming you mean dealer fees/state registration/etc. There is a sales tax that may be added to each month's lease payment - is that included in your 430 number or are you pre-paying it (36 months would be around 1400 at 8%)
My example was $550 (taxes included) with just under $800 in trade-in value and 1st month's payment paid by the current special - so literally $0 cash out of pocket out the door on a 36 month / 7k per year lease with 1st lease payment due in September. My total cost (FWD) was $42179 before trade.
Depending on what cap-cost reduction you're putting in, this sounds like it could be a not bad deal, but always get a 2nd and/or 3rd price.

Can't tell w/o more details...what (if any) cap cost reduction and/or trade? 36 months/10k miles per year? Residual value (%)?

No trade in, $0 down payment. Lease would be 36 months/12k miles. Residual Value of 63% I believe..
Sales tax is not included in the $430/month. I was going to pre-pay the state tax of 8.375 (soon to be 8.875%). So sales tax + dealers fees/state registration is approx. $2400.
Incentive until 9/8 is the first month's payment waived, which is always nice!
