NX European Crash Rating Test (Euro NCAP) - 5/5 Stars
Just spotted this article over at Lexus Enthusiast:

Although the testing was done with an NX 300h, I believe the results should apply similarly to the NX 200t as well. Looks like the NX handled the tests pretty well.
I have no idea how this European crash test stacks up against the North America IIHS crash tests.
