PLP Upper Radiator Panel for IS300

From the R&D division of Pro Lex Performance comes the Upper Radiator Panels for the Lexus IS300 and the European version Lexus IS200. We designed and fabricated these panels using the latest CAD and CAM equipment. These Radiator Panels fit naturally aspirated and forced induction as well as front mount intercooler set ups. It is a bolt-on part that takes less than 20 minutes to install by the average do-it-yourselfer.
The Vented Radiator Panel is designed for use on naturally aspirated engines. The panel creates positive air pressure in the intake trac at speed for increased cold air induction thus improving horsepower. Pictured below is the Vented Radiator Panel, it makes a huge visual impact when compared to the picture also below. Not only does this panel create a visual impact, it plays a vital role in the cooling system.
The non vented radiator panel is designed for use on forced induction engines where improved cooling efficiency is needed especially at higher speeds where the fans cannot provide the airflow, since they are not on, robbing your car of potential horsepower. At low speeds the radiator panel also allows the fans to operate more efficiently as well. By mounting a intercooler in front of the radiator, you not only divert the airflow but also heat up the air that manages to make it to the radiator. This radiator panel prevents the air from rising up over the radiator and loosing crucial horsepower. High Performance Polyurethane Control Arm Bushings
Increased road feel and handling characteristics. Replaces worn OE rubber bushings, which are highly susceptible to cracking and deterioration. A sensible (and permanent!) alternative to purchasing $500+ stock replacement control arms!
Daizen Sport Tuning high performance polyurethane control arm bushings eliminate unsafe driving conditions and poor handling by allowing minimal deflection of the control arms during dynamic vehicle operation. Unwanted camber, caster and toe change become a thing of the past, with control arms operating only in their designated arc and suspension travel parameters. The potential for irregular tire wear is greatly reduced, which is usually a result of the inability to properly align the suspension to required alignment specifications.
The rubber composition of the OE bushings is highly susceptible to wear and deterioration over time - hot/cold cycling, road salt and other extreme road conditions will accelerate this condition. This bushing failure problem can occur in as little as 30,000 miles and almost always by 70-80,000 miles.
Some symptoms of this deteriorated bushing problem are: Excessive tire wear; the inability to properly align the vehicle; audible "clunk" noises from floorboard area, especially when turning or backing up; wandering and/or unstable steering especially at higher speeds; unstable braking; vibration at higher speeds.
An increase in braking stability is also achieved, due to the fact that the control arms will not shift or oscillate forward and backward under the extreme lateral loads experienced during heavy braking.
If other suspension upgrades such as springs, struts or sway bars are installed, the benefits of each will be maximized when used in conjunction with our high performance control arm bushings.
Just as with our other polyurethane suspension components, there is no worry of deterioration of the bushings over time with extreme use or with harsh road conditions.
The lower durometer hardness of these bushing sets provide a very acceptable ride, as they were specifically designed with Lexus owners in mind. A significant upgrade in handling is provided, with a minimal effect on overall ride quality. These kits are not like typical aftermarket hard durometer bushing kits, which while improving handling, also noticeably degrade a vehicle's ride quality and comfort level.

Noticeably improves handling - An economical upgrade that retains the stock sway bar assemblies and hardware. Offers unsurpassed longevity over the stock OE rubber bushings.

This does not allow the sway bars to provide efficient torsional resistance, resulting in sloppy vehicle handling. High durometer polyurethane provides a minimal amount of deflection, allowing maximum efficiency from the stock sway bar components. An added benefit is that polyurethane does not deteriorate over time or in harsh environments, as is the case with the stock rubber pieces.
All stock sway bars and hardware are retained, with only a simple swap of the bushing assemblies. While not as dramatic of an improvement as a complete sway bar upgrade, these bushings will provide a noticeable increase in vehicle handling.

Nice. I'm jumping for joy. Seriously. I was wondering if the control arm and anti-roll bar bushings are going to be at the service center. I'm sure all sc owners want to look at the products that improve the squeaky suspension.
