2nd Annual Nor Cal - End of Summer Meet
UPDATE: REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED .
WE HAVE REACHED THE MAXIMUM LIMIT OF ENTRIES. IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED , WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A PARKING SPOT WITHIN THE MEET GROUNDS.
IF THERE ARE NO SHOWS, WE WILL ADMIT ADDITIONAL CARS STARTING AT AROUND 10:30AM.
THERE WILL BE AMPLE PARKING AVAILABLE IN THE STREET FOR THOSE THAT CANNOT ENTER.
IF YOU ARE PRE-REGISTERED, BUT ARRIVE AFTER 10:30, YOUR SPOT MAY BE GIVEN AWAY, HOWEVER IF YOU SIGN IN AT THE REGISTRATION DESK, YOU WILL STILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE RAFFLE.

AS OF 9/17 THERE ARE ONLY 2 SLOTS STILL AVAILABLE FOR ENTRANTS. AFTER THAT THE PARKING LOT WILL BE FULL. THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF STREET PARKING AVAILABLE FOR THOSE THAT CANNOT GET INSIDE.
WE WILL ONLY ALLOW PRE-REGISTERED CARS INTO THE LOT UNTIL 10:30 AM . AFTER THAT TIME IF THERE ARE ANY AVAILABLE SPOTS, WE WILL LET IN ANY NON REGISTERED CARS.
IF A PRE-REGISTERD ENTRANT DOES NOT ARRIVE BY 10:30, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GUARANTEE A PARKING SPOT, HOWEVER YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR RAFFLE PRIZES, SO LONG AS YOU CHECK IN AT THE REGISTRATION DESK.
PRE-REGISTRATION CLOSES ON FRIDAY SEPT. 19.

As you arrive, please have your screen name ready, as we will have a representative there to check for pre-registration. If you arrive early and the gate isn't open yet, please form a single line outside and once we are done setting the site up we will let cars in asap.

This years event is hosted by Lexus of Stevens Creek at their new State-of-the-Art Service Center next to the San Jose Airport. This meet promises to be bigger and better than ever.
Due to the potential for a large turnout, we'd like to get a headcount, so we ask that you pre-register by responding to this thread.
As an incentive for pre-registering, you MUST reply to this thread in order to be eligible for special raffle items.
Please provide your name and your Model of Lexus vehicle to be entered. Winners will be drawn from this list ONLY. One name per entry and you must be present to win. Names will be verified when you sign in at the meet.

From Hwy. 101, take the De La Cruz Exit in Santa Clara
Turn left at the second signal on to Martin Avenue
The Service Center is located directly across from the San Jose Airport Long Term Parking lot.
Ground rules:
Within the Lexus of Stevens Creek property, the surrounding businesses and public streets:
1) NO street racing
2) NO burnouts or donuts on streets or parking lots
3) NO excessive reving of engines
4) NO loud bumping of your stereo system
