Where is the best body shop to fix sagging rear bumper and repaint rear bumper in NorCal? I also am specifically looking at places around the SF Bay Area. I need some recommendations. I am paying everything out of pocket to avoid insurance hassle and increased premiums, so please let me know a place that's affordable. I don't want to be ripped off. No Maaco places please.

Sorry for reviving the thread guys. I want to repaint my rear bumper due to cosmetic damages (scratches, rock chips, scrapes), but what is the appropriate price range am I looking at? I have a 2001 Lexus RX300 if that helps.
