sorry fellas, it's way off topic.. but im trying to get rid of some wheels and according to "forum laws" i'm not qualified to sell without a vouch. I'm not a scammer but im fairly new to this and forum itself. Anyone locally here willing to vouch for me? would be greatly appreciated. if not, good day guys!

come out to the meets and meet your fellow locals and maybe then someone may want to vouch for you because they know you on a personal level.
When someone vouches, they put their reputation on the forums on the line for you as well. So people will not just throw out vouches just to anyone.

Honestly no one is allowed to sell high dollar items on the forums without a vouch regardless if n00b or 10+ year veteran.
come out to the meets and meet your fellow locals and maybe then someone may want to vouch for you because they know you on a personal level.
When someone vouches, they put their reputation on the forums on the line for you as well. So people will not just throw out vouches just to anyone.

If you aren't busy and I don't know where in Cali you live but this sat we are having a small meet and greet in Sacramento Area. A Few of is ISF members are getting together and wanted to open it up to everyone else.

Knarf I believe alot of the rules were in place due to the drama that has happened with scammers, phonies and etc. As spec one has stated getting out and meeting a few people here and there and also getting involved in the forum and also FB group Chat can give you exposure to get the vouches you need. It isn't that hard i have vouched for a few members up here that i have met and known on a personal level and I also am a 6 month old Lexus owner. Its all about how you present yourself.
