it is non-responsive, any shops or any individuals that have DIY experience can help me out?

have you tried disconnecting the battery terminal? might save you some coin if all it needed was a reset

i disconnected the positive terminal and no cigar, i will try the negative also.

I repaired mines its not that bad. just gotta wait for the writter pen to dry so the contact are strong.

We've had a few radios repaired by these guys in san jose. Great turn around and reasonably prices

Guys, don't panic, the fix is really simple. I fixed mine recently..$50 for the digitizer, and several hours on a saturday afternoon. All you need is a phillips-head screw driver, small wrench with 10mm socket, a plastic pryer, hair dryer, and patience.
