Make sure you get registered and onto a caravan!!
Priority for parking will be given to registered attendees who come with the official caravans!! Make sure you get on one!!!

Everyone will be given badges with their Screen names on them, so you can finally identify the faces with those screennames.
I'd say about 85% of the sign ups already know each other from previous gatherings. Some of the vet members only come out to these larger scale events. I can count quite a few attendees that have been here for between 5 -10 years.
Usually the mini meets that have been held throughout this year are smaller and where you can easily mingle. For first timers, attending this big event can get overwhelming to say the least. Veterans are all pretty friendly though, so don't hesitate to come up to anyone and introduce yourself.

Traditionally, the caravan were allowed early access into the parking lot so they get priority parking first. That way, the staff/ co-ordinators can arrange the parking configuration by lexus models.
If everyone to come in at random times, it would be difficult to do this.
So please sign up with a caravan otherwise you have to wait until event opens and then hope there is still parking. Registration is mainly used for getting an estimate of how many cars are coming to see if we have enough parking on the lot. In terms of guaranteeing a spot, I will let the staff jump in.
My guess is you will still be able to park on the lot, but you will be away from everyone else with the same model. Or maybe get stuck in some place less desirable.
