any american tire outlet... they go old school and bust out the piece of wood and you go on their lift

they have that thick plastic guard on the tire remover... BUT I would ask before anything... I don't think they would scratch your rims. Unlike Calderon tires... sheesh... even on OEM rims they scratch them...

I had my last set of tires put on by speed element in SJ.... the owner and all of his workers has had and does own several LOW cars so having a lowered car is a walk in the park for them

Impact Performance in San Francisco. High dollar wheels come out of there on the regular with no problems. And he has a road force balancer.

I usually go to Motorsport Techniques in Hayward. I've had about 6 sets mounted by them and never had any scratches on the rims.

Don't go to AutoRND unless you have a lot of free time and like waiting. Tried them twice, and even with an appointment, it took them > 2 hrs to mount just 2 tires. They also broke one of my TPMS valve mounts and blamed me for not letting them know my wheels had them.

Don't forget to consider Tirerack.com for a big selection and shipping to your home. You can also google the brand and tire size you want and you can get awesome Internet prices on tires shipped to your house. Then take them to a wheel shop for mounting and balancing
