LOCATION: San Jose - Capitol drive In

Type of activity: Social Activity / movie, Estimated 15-30 Lexus Cars
All Members & Non-Lexus Welcome.
Description: What better way to watch Fast N Furious 6, then by rolling up in our cars at the Capitol Drive In, bring folding chairs to sit outside on a hot San Jose night, with the movie audio playing through an FM station through everyone’s car audio system!
There are not many drive in’s left in NorCal, so if you have never been to one, here’s your chance !
Hot cars + Hot movie + Hot San Jose Night = Cool Activity !
CLUB LEXUS CERTIFIED EVENT
Time: Movie start time is 8:35
Pre-meet up location will be at the starbucks / home depot parking lot off 87 and capitol. We will depart from there @ 7:35 for the roll in Photo shoot at the entrance of the drive ins -Taylor Smith of Taylor Smith Photography -

After movie gathering: to be at Buffalo Wild Wings across from Oakridge Mall, in the BevMo / babys r us shopping center.

Cool cars on screen, and even cooler cars (IMO 
) off screen ... gonna make for some awesome atmosphere. I can't think of a better way to watch a movie about cars! 
I highly encourage everyone to come out and enjoy an experience at the drive in while you still can!

If you drive down the ends of each of the rows then you don't have to drive over the humps. Also we're planning to get there early enough to park in one or two of the rows towards the back. Angling to drive up each of the humps shouldn't be a problem for most cars.
We will try to bring enough plastic chairs for everyone. The option is for everyone to sit outside on the chairs, if they want and then one or two of the cars will turn up their radios for everyone to hear.
We've already done this exact same thing at this drive in last summer with chairs and actually had one convertible play the audio. Didn't kill the battery either.
So if anyone has a super slammed static ride, they can always park in the back on the flat area and just grab a chair and sit with the group.

Ample parking spaces and eating spaces. For those who are thinking they might be too low, we can probably arrange a carpool. My car is apparently very 4x4 =P (I would know, I ate a curb last week w/o scratching anything. hahaha)
Oh... but if I remember correctly, there are speed bumps getting into the plaza, so be careful! kumquat says the bumps are nothing to worry about =P
Oh, and I shall have jumper cables!
